New arrivals!

In the previous post, I pointed at the fact that I ordered several *cheap* items for the homelab. Let me go through them:

1) Lanberg Open Rack 10 9U 280×300 mm - a very compact 10 inch rack. Much more affordable than GeeekPi. Still waiting... the shipping is delayed for some reason.

2) Three 10-inch shelves

3) A bunch of patchcords

4) Lanberg 10-inch power supply

Items 2-4 have arrived and I can't wait to share them with you:

When I finally lay my hands on the rack, the messy tangle of cables will - hopefully - disappear and some order will start emerging. For now, there is nothing I can attach the shelves to...

Interestingly, at this point I started noticing how emotionally invested I am in this project. It's overly addictive and extraordinarily interesting. With every step, I feel how my knowledge is growing and I become hungry for more... I think we've got a long journey ahead of us ;)
